Easily Become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Once completed, students will possess the necessary competencies required for an entry level Medical Assistant position within a healthcare setting. 15-week program. The program is comprised of 194 total hours.

Program Details

Class meets in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays for lecture, lab and testing. Labs are held Wednesdays from 9am - 2pm or 6pm-10pm. Online classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-10pm. ZOOM sessions are held from 6pm-7pm for online dialogue and discussion. The rest of the time is for online studying and assignments.

17 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
State Issued ID
Social Security Card
Criminal Background Check with no negative findings
Negative PPD test (TB or chest x-ray)
Flu Shot (if during season)
Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50lbs
Able to meet the physical demands of the job role
Pass entrance test with a 75% or higher

Payment Plan Information

$ 75 non-refundable registration fee
There will be a one-time fee of $50 applied for payment plan.
(Option 1) One payment of $2400
(Option 2) Two payments of $1200
(Option 3) $500 down and three payments of $633.33
(Option 4) $500 deposit and 6 bi-weekly payments of $316.66.

Completion & Testing Information

After completion of class, students will be able to sit for state certification through testing by National Healthcare Association (NHA).
